Return & Exchange Policy

At Fathy Ibrahim, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a reliable shopping experience. This policy explains our return and exchange rules and procedures.

Return & Exchange Period

• Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.

• The return period starts from the day following the confirmed delivery date.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and items received.

• Products that include a warranty certificate (such as watches) must be returned with the certificate.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perfumes: Due to health and hygiene reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

• Custom or special-order products: Items made or prepared specifically upon customer request are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Option 1: In-Store Return or Exchange

• Visit any Fathy Ibrahim branch with the product and your invoice or order number.

• The product will be inspected in-store.

• If it meets the return conditions, the return or exchange will be completed immediately and free of charge.

Option 2: Online or Customer Support

Step 1: Submit Your Request

• Submit a return or exchange request through the website.

• If you have an account, log in and go to My Orders, then select Return or Exchange.

• You may also contact our customer support through social media or the phone number listed on the Contact Us page.

Step 2: Provide Required Information

• Order number

• Product name

• Reason for return or exchange

• For damaged or defective items, please provide clear photos or a video

Step 3: Pickup & Inspection

• After initial review, we will arrange product pickup through our shipping partner.

• If the product does not meet the return conditions upon inspection, the request will be rejected and shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Special Cases

Defective or Damaged Products

• If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• We will replace the product at no additional cost, including shipping.

• Products showing signs of repair or modification will not be accepted.

Returns for Personal Reasons

• Returns due to change of mind are accepted without shipping charges, provided the product meets all conditions.

• If the product fails inspection, shipping costs will apply.

Exchanges for Personal Reasons

• The first exchange is free of shipping charges, provided the product meets all conditions.

• For repeated exchanges or failed inspections, shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Refunds

• Once the returned product passes inspection, the refund process will begin.

• Refunds are processed within up to 7 business days, depending on banking procedures.
